TOCCATA is our artists and volunteers. They come from all over the greater Reno/Tahoe area. All except our Music Director, James Rawie, help make music as volunteers or with a small stipend.

Our Board of Directors are all volunteers. With the help of others they manage our activities, keep the books, prepare promotional and fund-raising materials and keep the public aware of our performances. Click here to meet these leaders and our volunteers!

TOCCATA is music. Our vocal artists learn, practice and perform for the love of the music. We are happy to be able to give soloists more tangible recognition. Our professional instrumentalists perform as the Tahoe Symphony Orchestra, as a chamber ensemble, and in smaller groups. Many of them also perform with other organization, including the Reno Philharmonic Orchestra. Guest artists allow us to draw on talent outside our community and regular performers.

TOCCATA is our supporters. In 2007 we recruited Charter Supporters. All who donated $150 or more will be recognized in our programs in perpetuity. Many of the Charter people have continued to support TOCCATA; we appreciate them and the many new supporters we have found.

TOCCATA is grateful for the many people who make our music happen. We hope to learn to know many others.
